Rocket Jumper Kit is for those who already OWN a Propfortress Rocket Launcher who want the Rocket Jumper upgrade. 
Rocket Jumper includes 1 complete Rocket Jumper and a custom Rocket Projectile Prop.
RJ + RL Kit includes 1 complete Rocket Jumper, plus the parts to turn it into the stock rocket launcher.
