By visiting our site and/ or purchasing from our store, you agree to abide by the following policies. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide and shipping rates vary between regions.
- Some countries may have restrictions on importing prop firearms and it is the recipient's responsibility to verify if the item can be imported. In the case the shipment is seized by customs, We will do our best to reimburse you but cannot guarantee.
- Most products are made to order, meaning we don't have stock on hand. Allow for an estimated lead time of at least 1-2 weeks prior to dispatch (larger orders may take up to 1 month).
- If you require your order to be fulfilled posthaste, please contact us directly. We assure you that we make every effort to accommodate all orders in a timely manner. We respectfully request your patience and understanding in the event of any potential delays.
CUSTOMS & FEES
- If you live outside the US, your local custom's office might introduce additional fees and tariffs. The customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred. If you choose to not pay the fees and have your package returned, we can only refund the product cost but not the shipping cost that was already paid and spent.
ITEM DISCLAIMERS
- All props come with an orange cap in order to comply with convention regulations and the law. Under no circumstances should the orange cap be removed. These are not real or imitation firearms, and contain no inner workings or metal parts and weigh substantially less than real life counterparts. By placing a bid, you are confirming that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions, that you are of legal age, and that you accept full responsibility for adhering to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and customs laws that may be applicable to these products.
- By purchasing any item, the buyer warrants that they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and is legally able to purchase the item. PROPFORTRESS will not be responsible for any consequences of non-compliance. PROPFORTRESS does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, use any and all items offered. These items include all products from our website and exhibition stores.
- Props are 3D printed in PLA, meaning parts may come with slight imperfections, gaps and layer lines. Due to material availability, please expect some variation in color from the sample photos. It is not recommended to leave 3D printed items in temperatures exceeding 60 C/ 140 F or in wet conditions.
- Please do not put excessive amounts of stress on this part. If components come apart, please reaffix with PLA glue or epoxy. Please treat all 3D printed items with delicacy and care, especially shiny materials to avoid delamination and improve longevity.
- Props may come partially disassembled in order to take up less length and prevent damage during transit. Please carefully reattach/recombine components and fix with plastic adhesive (hot glue or gorilla glue recommended).
- All props are scaled to match their real-world counterparts for comfort. They are still slightly oversized to match the TF2 aesthetic, but we've taken great lengths to ensure consistency across every single item. This means no matter which item you purchase from us, it'll be scaled correctly and in accordance to the rest of our catalogue, making them perfect for building displays. Please refer to the dimensions listed before making a purchase.
- All of our products are designed and either made in Australia or the US. We don't cut any corners and hand assemble each item ourselves, ensuring you'll be getting the best quality available.
ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- All non pre-order purchases can be canceled and refunded within 48 hours of cancellation notification.
- As for digital items, please ask any questions prior to purchasing as we cannot provide refunds for instant downloads.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- In the event of damaged orders, please do not hesitate to reach out via email or the store inquiry form for a replacement or refund. We’re happy to replace any items that are damaged during shipping. For items damaged due to misuse or not used in accordance with our store policies, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
