Any experienced sniper will tell you how irritating it is when your targets keep moving around. The answer is to pin them to a wall. With arrows!

Due to safety regulations and limitations, this is a static prop and the drawstring isn't designed to be pulled back. It does not flex like a real bow. Operate as intended in order to not damage the prop.
